Vylet® (Villette) is a billing service that offers an easy non-techical way for healthcare providers to bill their services. You simply upload any service report that you run for any payer using any software, even something as simple as Microsoft Excel. Our system converts the service report into electronic claims. It's secure, HIPAA compliant, and needs no technical knowledge or training for you to use.
How Vylet® Works
Simple Uploads
Vylet® can take a simple service report you create in any format and convert it into electronic claims. This can be a file exported from your existing software, an Excel spreadsheet or any other report format. You simply upload your reports or files on our website, and Vylet® converts them into electronic claims, which it securely transmits to any payer.
Payer Responses
Vylet® sends notifications when files are processed by payers. The interface works in a web browser or mobile device to allow providers to quickly and easily read payer responses to see paid and rejected claims without leaving their Vylet® account, including the reasons for rejections. This allows easy and efficient responses to and resubmission of rejected services.
Provider Support
Our dedicated support team is available to assist you with any technical or billing issues that may arise. We also act as liaison between you and your payers. Support is available via phone Monday - Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm cst.
Dynamic Reporting
Vylet® automatically builds and organizes your data in your account as you transmit claims, allowing you to develop a powerful database of information with services, programs, recipients, billing codes, etc. This gives you the ability to run easy-to-read revenue and analysis. Our staff is always on standby to assist you with any custom reporting for audits or any other purpose.
